A delightful opportunity for new parents and their little ones is coming to Bournemouth's beloved Beach Hut. Starting on Friday 3 July at 10:30am, a comprehensive five-week course in baby massage and reflexology will commence. This nurturing programme is specifically designed for infants from six weeks of age, offering a gentle and supportive environment for both baby and caregiver. Participants will be guided through a variety of soothing techniques that can significantly help alleviate common infant discomforts. These include addressing issues such as poor sleep, bothersome tummy aches and indigestion, as well as the challenges associated with teething.
