About This Event

On Saturday 25 July 2026, The Root of David Church in Bradford will host an evening of gospel music led by vocalist Val Praise. Beginning at 4pm, the congregation and visiting singers will present a programme of praise and worship songs that builds from quiet, reflective hymns into louder, more rhythmic choruses. The set draws on contemporary gospel and traditional spirituals, with the sound amplified through the church’s PA system to fill the hall. Admission is free, and the atmosphere is expected to be immersive and communal, with attendees encouraged to sing along.
