Treat yourself to a weekly session of drawing and painting. Perhaps you haven’t picked up a pencil or brush since school days and want to uncover an unused talent or you’re a bit out of practice, need some inspiration and time to develop existing skills. 4 x 8 week courses available: Dates and times: Mondays: 17th August to 4th October - 1.30pm - 3pm Mondays: 17th August to 4th October - 6:30pm - 9pm Wednesday: 19th August to 7th October - 6.30pm - 9pm Thursdays: Thursdays 20th August to 8th October - 6.30pm - 9pm If you are looking to learn skills, build confidence or refresh you practice this course offers the perfect setting to get started, grow and flourish. In this 8 week course we explore different ways of drawing & painting broken down into processes and exercises. Expect to try different materials and a variety of themes from landscape to still life. Most importantly you’ll have time to observe and capture what you see in your drawings & paintings. Tutor led demonstrations will help students expand their observational skills and improve their drawing & painting. All materials and refreshments are included in the course fee.
