Fringe First Winner Joe Sellman-Leava (Labels, Fanboy) might be a technophobe, but he's going to try and find out! Using innovative design and a whirlwind of uncanny impressions, Joe tells the story of a teacher, a student, and a copycat dictator, to examine the links between art, fascism and rapid technological change.
