About This Event

Giraffe is a theatre performance staged at The Pleasance Edinburgh. The story follows a character named Eliana who believes she is a sociopath. Ticket prices are available on the website.

Eliana's always felt different – and not in a cute way. In fact, she's grown up with a dark secret: she's almost definitely a sociopath. After receiving a teeny-weeny restraining order for stalking her captivating neighbour Tabitha, she has two weeks to convince the court, and herself, that she's "normal". A semi-autobiographical comedy (zero history of stalking!) about masking, misdiagnosis and the consequences of spending 30 years believing there's something wrong with you. (Also dead parents, queer identity, Jewish identity and being too tall... in no particular order.) By Abigail Weinstock (Such Brave Girls, BBC. Surface, Apple TV).
