About This Event

Salomon Skyline Scotland is set to return to the Nevis Range in Fort William on Friday 18 September 2026, promising a full day of mountain and trail running across a range of race distances. The event attracts more than 2,000 participants from up to 50 countries, with routes that feature steep ascents, scenic lochside paths, and sections of the West Highland Way. Runners, from elite competitors to weekend enthusiasts, tackle a blend of technical terrain and open hillside throughout the day. The finish area buzzes with the atmosphere of a live sporting crowd, as spectators and fellow athletes gather to watch the final descents unfold.
