About This Event

Running throughout the summer holidays, our programme encourages creativity, confidence and imagination through hands-on art and making experiences. Children can choose from two different creative programmes each week: Mondays – Creative Art Studio Explore drawing, painting, colour, illustration, storytelling, character design and imaginative art projects inspired by nature, animals, cities and the world around us. Thursdays – Mixed Media Makers Lab Experiment with clay, printmaking, sculpture, collage, textiles, recycled materials and exciting hands-on craft projects that encourage curiosity and creative problem-solving. Every week features new themes and activities, allowing children to explore a wide range of artistic techniques while creating artwork they can proudly take home. Our resident studio cats are not part of the children’s activities, although they may occasionally be visible through the studio window. All materials are included. Advance booking is recommended due to limited spaces.
