The vibrant Merchant City Festival kicks off its 2026 festivities on Friday 24 July with an afternoon and early evening dedicated to live music, set against the bustling backdrop of Candleriggs Square. From 1:00pm through to 8:00pm, attendees can expect a diverse musical offering designed to entertain and delight. The programme boasts a compelling lineup of talented artists, including the captivating vocals of Louise Connell, the dynamic duo Calum Ingram & Johnny Barr, the soulful sounds of Vickie Paxton, and the impressive performances of Laura Oghagbon.
