About This Event

Hi we are Blood Red Shoes, a duo of Laura-Mary Carter (guitar and vocals) and Steven Ansell (drums and vocals). We’ve been around for more than two decades, just the two of us, making records, touring the world, building our own little universe for ourselves and anyone who wants to join us. We like to call ourselves a rock band because that means almost nothing at all and we find that funny, partly because we actually are definitely a rock band. In 2026 we’re releasing our first new music in 4 years, which was entirely written, produced and mixed by us, something we’re quite proud of. We’re heading out on our first full tour since we played our 20th anniversary shows in 2024, we’re going across UK and EU with a set full of songs taken from all of our albums and whole load of our new music. The shows will be as loud as your country’s laws allow us to be.
