Recorded in Topanga Canyon with GRAMMY-nominated producer Jonathan Wilson (Father John Misty, Angel Olsen, Margo Price), the record finds Cummings pushing her extraordinary voice — that deep, feral, stop-you-in-your-tracks alto — into music that shudders with synths, tense strings, and woozy grooves alongside the campfire intimacy she built her reputation on.Where Ramona opened up her world, Bloodhorse! plunges into the dark of it.
