About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier below the London Eye and offers a 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. It is an award-winning cruise that takes in some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, with live commentary from the guides on board.

The cruise travels past the Houses of Parliament and on towards Tower Bridge before returning to the pier. Commentary includes facts about landmarks such as Millennium Bridge, along with a souvenir guide map available in seven languages. Your ticket also includes access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating available. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability.

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present the e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

For wheelchair users, the attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. It is recommended that you book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Nearby London Underground stations include Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
