Important rider requirement: Participants must already be proficient and confident riding a bicycle. E-bikes provide electric assistance, but riders must be able to safely balance, steer, brake and control a bicycle independently.

This experience is not suitable for complete beginners or anyone unable to confidently ride a standard bicycle.
