TERM TIME ONLY Tots Track was created to bring young children and families with limited indoor and outdoor play space, together. Children can enjoy a range of ‘Ride along toys’ to help with physical development including strength, stamina and co-ordination. They are able to develop balance, the concept of speed and space, and how to physically control their bodies. Ride-on toys provide a world of fun, freedom, choice, growth, and learning. Children have the space to exercise, play independently or with peers and develop self confidence. Parents and carers can come together in a safe, diverse and supportive environment, interact with other parents, share ideas and concerns. We aim to lessen social isolation experienced by families and contribute to a feeling of wellbeing. Sessions are run in Term Time Only. Parents or guardians must stay and play with their child at all times. There is a break for lunch from 12:30 until 13.30. All enquiries should be directed to The Green Community Centre. This is a Volunteer led activity and run exclusively by The Green Community Centre. No pre-booking required. Cost £2 per child.
