10:00–10:15 | Welcome and Creative Icebreaker

Arrival, introductions, studio rules and a short art-themed game.

10:15–11:30 | Acrylic Painting Workshop

Step-by-step acrylic painting on canvas with individual support from the tutor.

11:30–11:50 | Snack and Movement Break

Snack, handwashing, toilet break and a short active game.

11:50–12:35 | Clay Modelling Workshop

Children create a small sculpture, character or decoration using modelling clay.

12:35–13:05 | Lunch Break

Children should bring their own packed lunch and drink.

13:05–13:25 | Themed Animation Break

A short age-appropriate animation connected to the theme of the day.

13:25–13:45 | Creative Group Games

Pictionary, drawing relay, art bingo or another themed group activity.

13:45–14:20 | Guided Creative Choice

Children can continue their main artwork or choose from drawing, colouring, collage, clay and short creative challenges.

14:20–14:30 | Movement and Toilet Break

14:30–15:15 | Paper Craft Workshop

Origami, bookmarks, masks, paper animals or themed decorations.

15:15–15:30 | Mini Gallery, Clean-up and Pick-up

Children share their artwork, help tidy their space and take their creations home.
