A morning of Pilates in the Park, followed by coffee, cake and a chance to connect with others outdoors. All levels welcome!

Join me for a morning of Pilates, coffee and connection in the park. We'll begin with a 45 minutes Pilates class suitable for all levels, followed by time to chat and enjoy the outdoors together. Please bring: • A Pilates/yoga mat • Water • Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather There will be a coffee station nearby where you purchase drinks and I'll be bringing some cake to share. You're also welcome to bring your own refreshments if you'd prefer. Whether you come alone or with a friend, everyone is welcome. My hope is to create a space to move, connect and enjoy a slower Saturday morning together.
