This 2 day, ECITB accredited workshop helps businesses of all sizes across all sectors, prevent well intended decisions at the tendering, operational or project delivery stages from inadvertently exposing their organisation to significant commercial, contractual and legal risks with customers and their extended supply chains, which can often lead to financial and reputational losses through missed revenue opportunities, costs that could not be recovered, and costly commercial disputes.

Accredited by ECITB against Training Standard TS PC02-02 ('Introduction to Commercial Awareness & Risk'), the workshop carries formal, externally benchmarked recognition with CPD credit for every delegate.
