If your image or content is on this site and you did not permit it, tell us and we will take it down.

Email copyright@eventslist.co.uk with the page address and we will remove the material promptly — normally within two working days, and usually the same day. There is no charge and you do not need to instruct anyone to contact us on your behalf.

1. Where our images come from

EventsList.co.uk is an automated event listing platform. We do not create, commission or purchase photography. When we list an event, we ingest it from the ticketing platform, venue or publisher that published it, together with whatever image that source displays alongside the listing. The image is shown to identify the event it belongs to.

We rely on the publishing source holding the rights to the material it publishes. That is not always the case, and the images we receive frequently carry no credit, watermark or embedded rights information from which we could identify the owner. Where a listing has no usable image we show a generic stock photograph instead, which is illustrative only and does not depict the event.

2. How to make a request

Email copyright@eventslist.co.uk. To let us act on your request straight away, please include:

the address of the page or pages where the material appears;
the image or content concerned — a screenshot or the image address is ideal;
enough about your rights in it for us to identify you as the owner or their agent;
an email address we can reply to.

You can also use the Report this event link on any listing page and choose Copyright or image rights. That reaches the same place.

3. What we do when we receive one

We acknowledge your email.
We remove the material — normally within two working days of receipt. Removal is not an admission that any infringement occurred.
We block the item so that it cannot be re-imported when we next read the source, and we clear it from our caches.
We tell you the date we removed it, and where we obtained it from, so you can take the matter up with the original publisher if it is still published there.

4. If you are the publishing source

If you run a venue, ticketing platform or listings site whose imagery we display and you would prefer we did not, email us and we will stop using images from your site. We will keep listing your events — the factual details of an event are not yours or ours to own — but with our own placeholder artwork instead.

If you would like us to display a credit alongside your images, tell us the wording and we will add it.
