Musicians Adam Ross, Jenny Sturgeon and Grant Anderson are running a 4-day (Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th August) FREE Songwriting Club in the summer holidays for 9 to 14 year-olds. Open to all levels of experience, you don’t need to play or bring an instrument but if you do please take it along. Sessions will take place between 11.30am and 3.30pm on each of the 4 days, in the Aden Theatre (next to the Aberdeenshire Farming Museum) and the group will also go outside to take songwriting inspiration from nature (weather permitting). Participants will learn how to write a song, perform it and record it. Lunch and snacks provided. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. The sessions are completely free to attend but spaces are limited.
