Explore how meaningful documentation and effective quality assurance can support responsive, outcome-focused care for every child.
Aberdeen City Council Early Years Team is delighted to partner once again with the Care Inspectorate ELC Improvement Programme Team to offer this valuable professional learning opportunity.
This session will help managers understand what meaningful, outcome focussed and responsive care looks like. We will be exploring the documentation requirements for each individual child, and consider how to use this effectively in practice. We will be considering the importance of quality assurance processes and how this information is being used to ensure children are supported effectively and meaningfully to achieve their individualised outcomes.
Target Audience: ELC Managers, SEYPs/Room Leaders/Supervisors
