Join us as we bring together individuals who have experienced bereavement in a cozy setting at The Grief Café The Nook from SAMH

The Grief Café is a welcoming, informal space for anyone aged 18+ who has experienced bereavement of any kind. It offers the chance to sit alongside others who understand loss, in a relaxed and compassionate environment.

There is no set agenda and no expectation to speak. Some people choose to share their experiences, others prefer to listen, and some simply find comfort in being present. All feelings are welcome. You are free to step out at any time, attend once or come back again, and leave whenever feels right for you.

This is not a counselling session or a structured support group.
