PLEASE NOTE

Our events rely entirely on trained volunteers. If we cannot recruit the minimum number needed to run a venue safely, the event may be subject to cancellation. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will contact you to offer a place at an alternative venue. We appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, bookings will close promptly at midnight on Monday 14th December. This deadline is final, and we will be unable to issue any further tickets after this time. As we are working alongside external organisations and businesses, our final numbers must be submitted ahead of schedule to ensure we can deliver a wonderful experience for you.
