Mock Employment Tribunal: Insights into Defending Workplace Claims
Join Fiona Herrell, Partner and colleagues from the Employment & Immigration team at Brodies LLP for an interactive Mock Employment Tribunal.
This engaging session will give attendees the opportunity to observe a simulated tribunal hearing and gain valuable insight into the legal process of defending an Employment Tribunal claim.
Attendees will benefit from practical guidance on case strategy, evidence, advocacy and witness handling, together with the opportunity to test their understanding during a Q&A session.
The event will also provide an excellent opportunity to network with fellow CIPD members, people professionals and Brodies’ employment law specialists.
Speaker's Bio: Fiona Herrell
Fiona provides commercial, strategic and pragmatic advice on all aspects of employment law. Her general advisory practice includes assisting employers with complex disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies and reorganisations, covenant enforceability, contractual variations and executive on-boarding/terminations.
She also represents clients in Employment Tribunal, manages large scale projects (including multi-jurisdiction exercises) and handles the employment aspects of corporate transactions
