Mindful Autumn Crafting: Clay Botanical Impressions

Unwind and connect with nature at The Nook in this cosy workshop for adults. We will use grounding, tactile air-drying clay to imprint the beautiful textures of autumn leaves, ferns and seasonal flora, creating unique trinket dishes or decorative hangings.

There is absolutely no prior experience needed—just a warm cuppa, a friendly chat and a calming space dedicated entirely to your wellbeing. Come as you are, embrace the beauty of imperfection and enjoy some screen-free creative playtime.

What is The Nook?

The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment – without the need for an appointment.

Walk-in support hubs where anyone can visit to speak about mental health, The Nooks will provide visitors with access to support for themselves, or people they care about.

Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week.
