Join us for a wellbeing session where you'll create your own Herb garden to take home.Together with Pam, from One Seed forward, we will learn simple plant care tips, discover the benefits of gardening for mental wellbeing and enjoy a relaxing hands-on activity that encourages mindfulness, confidence and connection.
All materials provided.
What is The Nook?
The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment – without the need for an appointment.
Walk-in support hubs where anyone can visit to speak about mental health, The Nooks will provide visitors with access to support for themselves, or people they care about.
Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week.
