A grounding yoga, sound bath & journaling retreat to celebrate the Autumn Equinox through gratitude, balance and release.

Join us in honouring the Autumn Equinox, a sacred point of balance where day and night meet in equal measure.

As the vibrant energy of summer begins to soften into autumn, we are invited to pause, reflect, and acknowledge all that has grown, unfolded, and come to fruition.

Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels, this offering is designed to support balance, gratitude, reflection, and release, creating space to honour both what you have cultivated and what you are ready to let go of.

✨ Opening & Arrival

We begin by arriving together, settling into the present moment through breath awareness and gentle meditation.

The Autumn Equinox offers us an opportunity to find balance between doing and being, movement and rest, holding on and letting go. During our opening practice, you'll be invited to connect with the changing season and reflect on the journey that has brought you to this moment.

This is a space to pause, acknowledge your growth, and cultivate gratitude for all that has supported you along the way.

🍂 Gentle Vinyasa Flow

The yoga portion is a slow, grounding vinyasa flow, designed to feel supportive, steady, and accessible.

Rooted in the qualities of the Earth element, this practice encourages stability, presence, and connection. Through mindful movement and breath-led transitions, we'll explore themes of balance, surrender, and trust.

Expect gentle strengthening, nourishing stretches, and moments of stillness that invite you to slow down and reconnect with yourself as the pace of the season begins to shift.

🔔 Sound Bath

Following the movement practice, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.

Using crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and other resonant instruments, this immersive experience supports deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and integration.

As the sounds wash over you, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves you and rest in the spaciousness that follows.

📝 Journaling & Reflection

We close the experience with a guided journaling practice, creating space to reflect on the season behind you and the season ahead.

Through thoughtful prompts, you'll explore themes of gratitude, harvest, balance, and release, acknowledging what has flourished while identifying what you are ready to leave behind.

This reflective ritual helps bridge your inner experience with daily life, allowing you to move into autumn with greater clarity, intention, and self-awareness.

🍁 Leave feeling grounded and nourished, grateful for all that has grown, and supported in letting go of what is complete, creating space for rest, reflection, and the season ahead.
