General Registration Information
Event registration is free but mandatory.
Each attendee must register individually. A separate registration form must be completed and submitted for every person attending. Group registrations are not available.
Age Guidance:
This event is designed for individuals aged 18–35. No programme or supervision is provided for children or minors. Anyone attending with individuals under 18 is fully responsible for their supervision at all times.
Please note:
Your event ticket confirms attendance only. Accommodation and meal packages must be purchased separately during registration.
Refunds are not available if you cancel your attendance.
Your ticket will be linked to the email address used during registration.
Meals and accommodation can only be booked as part of event registration.
You will have the opportunity to include additional notes (e.g. dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs, or special requests) before completing your registration.

Accommodation and Meals
Participants may purchase on-campus accommodation and meals as part of the following packages:
Package Option 1:
1-night stay (Friday) + 4 meals (Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Package Option 2:
2-night stay (Friday & Saturday) + 5 meals (Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday breakfast)
Additional Information
Accommodation cannot be booked separately—meals are included in all packages.
The final meal served in the cafeteria is Sunday breakfast.
Individual meals are also available for purchase:
- Saturday lunch (packed meal)
- Saturday dinner (packed meal)
All cafeteria meals are vegetarian and nut-free, with vegan and gluten-free options available.
Please include any dietary requirements or allergies in the additional notes section during registration.
Accommodation Details
On-campus accommodation is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once sold out, no additional spaces will be released—early booking is strongly recommended.
