Welcome to our 6-Week Intro to Padel Programme for Teenage Girls at River Valley Padel — a fun and supportive way to learn a new sport

This 6-week programme is designed specifically for girls aged 11+ who are new to padel or looking to build their confidence on court. Over the course of six weeks, participants will learn the fundamentals of the game, develop their skills through fun drills and activities, and enjoy friendly match play in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

This programme is suitable for all ability levels. No experience is necessary, and all equipment will be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear runners and comfortable activewear.

The programme is organised by the Wicklow Sports and Recreation Partnership and funded through the Her Moves initiative.
