1:1 Soul Sessions combining Reiki, Reiki and holistic practices to support stress, overwhelm and everyday life. Come as you are.

SOUL SESSIONS — ARKLOW 🌿

A slow Sunday at Moneylands Farm.

We’ll begin the morning together with an all-levels yoga flow, followed by snacks, tea, coffee and time to connect. A chance to move your body, meet some lovely people and spend a Sunday morning doing something for yourself.

Throughout the day, I’ll also be offering a limited number of 1:1 Soul Sessions.

These are for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained or simply caught up in the busyness of everyday life. You don’t need to arrive feeling a certain way or know exactly what you need — come as you are.

Your 1:1 session will centre around Reiki, with other elements woven in depending on what feels supportive for you on the day.
