This November, The Auld Shebeen, Moate comes alive for Sounds of Ireland – a special night celebrating the very best of Irish folk, trad, storytelling and live music.

Taking to the stage for one night only are Mick McLoughlin, The Wrafters, Conor Furey and George Murphy & The Rising Sons, bringing together four brilliant Irish acts for an evening packed with music, atmosphere and the unmistakable energy of a great Irish night out.

From powerful voices and much-loved songs to traditional Irish sounds, folk, storytelling and a touch of rock ’n’ roll, expect a night that moves from intimate moments to the kind of performances that have the whole room singing along.

One of Ireland’s most recognisable busking voices, bringing the raw, authentic sound and storytelling that has captured audiences across the country.

The Wrafters

The talented Westmeath trio bringing their distinctive blend of Irish music, musicianship and harmonies to the Sounds of Ireland stage.

Conor Furey

Continuing one of Irish music’s best-known musical traditions, with folk, story and song at the heart of his performance.

George Murphy & The Rising Sons

A powerhouse live band combining Irish trad and folk with a contemporary rock ’n’ roll edge – and a brilliant act to experience live.
