Join Gloria from Made by Flour for a relaxed, fully hands-on pasta-making experience. You'll make fresh pasta from scratch, from mixing and kneading the dough to shaping your own pasta, while learning traditional Italian techniques step by step. Come to learn something new, get your hands floury, have fun and enjoy making fresh pasta together!

Originally from Italy, Gloria is an experienced chef, baker and pasta maker who has travelled across Italy to learn authentic pasta-making techniques and has taught many cooking and pasta classes over the years. She'll guide you through the process, sharing tips and techniques that you can easily recreate at home.

Once our pasta making is finished, it's time to sit down, relax and enjoy what we've created. We'll start with a traditional tomato bruschetta, followed by the fresh pasta you've made served with a traditional Bolognese sauce or a vegetarian/vegan alternative, and a little homemade sweet treat to finish.

You're very welcome to bring your own wine to enjoy while we dine. 🍷
