🍝 Pasta Class: Make & Taste at Langholm Tea Room

Join Made by Flour for a relaxed and enjoyable evening of authentic Italian cooking at the lovely Langholm Tea Room in Symington.

Whether you're a complete beginner, love Italian food or simply fancy trying something different, this hands-on class is a wonderful opportunity to learn a new skill, enjoy delicious homemade food and spend a lovely evening together.

What to expect

During this hands-on cooking experience, you'll:

Learn how to make fresh Italian egg pasta from scratch, mixing, kneading and shaping your own dough.

Discover traditional pasta-making techniques and tips you can easily recreate at home.

Enjoy some homemade tomato bruschetta before sitting down to dinner.

Taste your freshly made pasta served with a traditional slow-cooked Bolognese sauce (vegetarian sauce option available).

Finish the evening with a little homemade sweet treat.

Everything is guided by Gloria from Made by Flour, who will share her Italian culinary knowledge and passion for homemade food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

No previous cooking experience is needed, and all ingredients and equipment are provided.
