My name is Liz, and I have been practicing the art of belly dance and performing extensively across Europe for over 15 years. Trained in traditional Turkish and North African styles, my approach also blends modern, contemporary, tribal, and fusion influences with Flamenco, Salsa and Samba.

My classes are fun, welcoming, and explorative, designed to help you burn calories, build strength and coordination, improve posture and body confidence, and develop solid technical skills!

Belly dance is not only a great full-body workout, but also a powerful way to connect with your rhythm, express yourself, and boost your wellbeing.

Belly dance belts are provided, it is recommended to dance bare foot and in clothes that feel easy to move in.
