Join Bath Welcomes Refugees for a special evening bringing together stories, impact and community.

We'll share highlights from BWR's 2025/26 Impact Report, celebrating what has been achieved over the past year and the people and communities who have made it possible.

We'll then hear directly from people who have resettled in Bath, exploring their experiences of arriving, settling and building a life in Bath – from the challenges they have faced to the connections, opportunities and sense of belonging they have found along the way.

There will also be an opportunity to join the conversation and reflect together on what we value about building a welcoming community in Bath, and what we can all do to strengthen it.

We'll finish the evening with food and informal networking, with plenty of time to meet others and continue the conversation.

Our panelists will be announced in the coming days!

The event is open to BWR volunteers, supporters, members and anyone interested in learning more about refugee experiences and building a welcoming community in Bath.

Bath Welcomes Refugees is a small but dynamic and inclusive charity. Volunteer-led and non-partisan, our mission is to facilitate the settlement and the path to independence of those who come to us seeking refuge.
