A ReNature ReConnect and Somer Valley Rediscovered Task Day

Come along and help us clear unwanted Broom from the east side of Haydon Batch to create scollaps, a mosaic of habitats for invertebrates and soften the woodland edge. We will also tackle some scrub regrowth in favour of the species rich grassland to help maintain and increase biodiversity of the flora here.

For anyone making their own way to site we will meet at Haydon Cue Club. What3Words: wipes.cheesy.forwarded

Transport will be provided from Bristol at 9.45am from outside The Bristol Hotel on Prince Street (next to Farr's Lane).

Please bring with you a mug, packed lunch, water bottle, suitable clothes/boots/shoes, waterproofs if it looks like rain and a sun hat/suncream if it's looking sunny. All tools, gloves and refreshments will be provided.

If you're looking to get outside, meet like minded people, learn new skills and do something positive for a habitat/green space then this might be just what you are looking for.

Please email me at claire@renature-reconnect with any questions or call/text me on 07886 115165.
