Centering the Circle is a warm, uplifting monthly circle for women in midlife (broadly defined) to reflect, connect and explore what matters most to you.

Each two-hour gathering will offer a thoughtfully structured blend of shared conversation, guided reflection, journaling and meditation, supported by carefully chosen readings and practical frameworks for moving forward.

About your facilitator

The circle will be facilitated by Dr. Nicola Bunting, a professionally trained personal and leadership coach with more than 20 years' experience supporting women through change, growth and new possibilities. She is also the author of Who Do You Want To Be? How To Embrace Change and Live Your Dream. Her approach brings together thoughtful reflection, practical insight, and a lifelong engagement with spirituality.

Booking

Your ticket is for this two-hour gathering only, so there is no commitment to continue. If you would like to reserve your space going forward, February to April Circles are bookable as a series; January is bookable individually. Places are limited to keep the circle small and personal.

Who is the circle for?

For women in midlife, broadly defined, who would welcome reflection, inspiration, clarity and deep connection.

Do I need previous experience of women's circles or meditation?

Not at all. No previous experience is needed, and women of all spiritual beliefs (or none) are warmly welcome.

Do I have to commit to the monthly circle?

No. Your ticket is for this gathering only. Those who wish to continue may book January individually and February to April as a Circle series.

Where is the circle held?

The circle takes place in the Quantum room at The Soul Spa, in Bath city centre, across from the Thermae Bath Spa. Please note that access is via 2 sets of stairs and there is no lift. Full arrival details will be included in your booking confirmation.
