This group forest therapy session is an invitation to slow down, notice our surroundings and connect with ourselves and each other. This is not meditation, but a practice of nature connection that anyone and everyone can engage with.

The session consists of a series of invitations offered by your qualified guide, that promote a deeper and more embodied connection to nature. We will come together in a calm and non-judgemental sharing circle to reflect on our experiences - although there is no expectation to share if that doesn't feel right for you.

A pack with more information (i.e. parking) will be provided on booking.

Please note that there are no toilets on site. Wild wees encouraged!
