FREE appointments giving advice and support, for parents/carers in B&NES, who have children with special educational needs or disabilities.

Day: Wednesdays in term time.

Time: 30-minute face to face, telephone or 'virtual' Teams appointments available to book between 10.am – 11.30am.

Please note all appointments must be booked in advance.

An opportunity to have a confidential one to one conversation with one of our trained Sendias (special educational needs and disability information, advice and support) practitioners. Get help with your query about your child’s special educational needs or disability.

We’re happy to discuss paperwork (you can email this to us beforehand), processes, give you guidance about filling in forms, signpost you to other services and talk through next steps with you.

Please note - these appointments are only for those who are resident within the Bath and North East Somerset area. You will be asked to confirm your address when booking.

To book an appointment, click on the 'Tickets' box on the right of the screen and select a time slot of your choice from the drop-down menu. Please then follow the step by step online registration process.

Virtual Appointments

A Zoom invitation will be sent to you, usually, no more than 24 hours before the appointment. Please check your junk folder because messages sometimes go there. If you have any access needs or would like some guidance or help in how to use the software please give us details when you register.
