About: These sessions introduce you to movement based, relaxation techniques that improve your posture, help you release work related stress and tension in the body. You will be doing Yoga movements to deal with stress and improve your flexibility and strength. Suitable for beginners and the more experienced among you. Benefits: Ability to cope with work related stress Relaxation Increased Flexibility & mobility Posture work ( especially if sitting / working with computers for prolonged periods of time). Suitable for: People who are looking to gain techniques for work related stress relief, relaxation and flexibility.
