About This Event

The Mindful Art with Stephen event takes place on 29 September 2026 at Penn Hill Road in Bath. Designed for residents aged over 55 living in Bath and BaNES, this workshop combines art and mindfulness to support inner peace and wellbeing. Entry is free.

A combination of art and mindfulness. Designed to help achieve inner peace and wellbeing. For over 55's living in Bath and BaNES.

Our mindfulness art class at the Weston Hub, offers a calm, welcoming space to slow down, relax, and reconnect with yourself through creativity. Participants are guided to create and design their own artwork while focusing on the present moment, helping to reduce stress and promote inner peace and emotional wellbeing. No experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, express, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of art in a supportive, social environment. 🎨✨ Call 01225 486401 to book your place in the class. £7.50 per class to be paid on the day.
