Why SWISHH?

Hey there! I'm Charlotte :)

I'm passionate about dance, music and movement.

This isn’t about being perfect; it’s about feeling powerful while moving to music, and having the opportunity to meet women and bloom potential friendships, and connections.

Connection

It's extremely hard to keep up friendships and meet local women at any age, but it's so important for our mental health to find something we enjoy at the same time - this is why I started Swishh.

Mental health during the winter months can sometimes take a toll, we can lose focus on our fitness goals, and it's easy to stay in and avoid social events. I am here to help you feel good during these colder months.

Safety

Dark evenings create a real access problem when it comes to women and exercise: 55% of women feel unsafe exercising after dark outside, and 72% of women change their outdoor activity during the winter months.

What to wear: Whatever makes you feel sexy, comfortable and easy to dance in! (I have knee pads to protect your joints)

Level: Open to all levels, no dance experience required

Bring: Water, a small towel, your true authentic main character energy.

Cost: First class is free, then it's £12 a session.
