These are the afternoons you didn’t know you needed.

Join Jane and Bex for a beautiful candlelit afternoon dedicated to slowing down, releasing tension and giving yourself permission to simply rest.

We’ll explore the difference between Yin and Restorative Yoga, allowing you to experience both and discover what your body needs.

Jane, an experienced Yoga Therapist, will share her knowledge of yoga beyond the physical postures, introducing mudras, mantra and meditation, along with practical tools to bring into everyday life.

Bex, Health Coach, Forrest Yoga Teacher and EFT Practitioner, will guide you through gentle breathwork, EFT tapping and practices to support relaxation and emotional wellbeing.

We’ll finish with Bowls for Bliss, a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound journey, giving you space to settle, soften and simply be.

Expect candlelight, cosy blankets, nourishing movement, beautiful sounds and a little time just for you.
