Create space to listen to your body and mind and what you need right now. Learn to let go of everything that no longer serves you and prioritise what you do need whilst maintaining energy to give to others. We will explore a range of techniques that support nervous system regulation and calm to help get clarity and make small changes to support wellbeing in daily life. This is a small group to allow for bespoke support so places are limited.
