PLEASE READ

GOLD TICKETS - is an access all ticket. This includes entry into the ball, swag bag and early entry into the book signing.

SILVER TICKETS - DO NOT include the ball. It is early entry into the signing and convention, and swag bag.

BRONZE TICKETS - DO NOT include the ball. This is gerenal time entry into the signing and convention.

All tickets are Non-refundable, but they are transferable! If you are no longer able to make it, please go to the "Want to sell" form on our website on the Tickets tab, and fill out the form. If we can find a buyer we will sort this for you. If you find someone to buy your ticket on your own, please email us so we can change the names on the tickets.

If you want to BUY A GOLD TICKET - the form for resale is also in the ticket tab on the website.

Our Belfast Books and Ballgowns 2027 signing will be held in the same venue as the 2025 event. This was a wonderful event space, which is completely accessible, giving us the opportunity to bring the signing to everyone. We will have 75+ authors and 10+ Vendors, author talks and panels on the main stage. The ICC will provide a fully stocked bar and a food vendor, and we will have a large chill out seated area where you can take breaks and relax and eat. We will also have a quiet corner near the back of the opposite end of the hall, and there are sofas in the hallway should anyone need some alone time to decompress. Our event is fully staffed with my AMAZING team, should you need anything, and we will have St Johns ambulance on site in case you should need any medical assistance.

Please note: Author line up's are subject to change. Authors are people too, and sometimes over the span of the year, things happen. Please keep a close eye on the website for all updates on the author line up.

GOLD TICKET HOLDERS: 11am

SILVER TICKET HOLDERS: 11:30am

The Belfast Books & Ballgowns 2025 fantasy ball was probably the most fun i’ve ever had at a ball. The after party was so emotional for me, when I got to see everything me and my team had worked so hard for coming together, and everyone having the time of their lives. This is something that I cannot wait to experience with everyone again.

Theme: ‘Fairest of them all - Bookish heroes and villains’

Note: Please note, you do NOT have to follow the theme with your attire. The theme is so you know what the room will be dressed like, but you are welcome to dress however you please! Though, I will say that if you DO come dressed to theme, it is ‘bookish’ heroes and Villains, so please do not come in anything DC or Marvel related. This is a bookish event, Comic con has enough events for comic book things. Thank you!

For 2027 we are going to change up some things. There will be MORE performances though the night. We will be moving all of the photo opportunities into the Library Bar, so we can use the space in the ballroom for more tables and chairs. Instead of appetizers (Savoury snacks) we are going to have a whole array of desserts and snacks! Budget permitting, we are going to try to have a live harpist or violin player downstairs for the photo opportunity’s, where we will have even MORE back drops and areas for you to get all of the photos that you like. These will be self manned photo areas, so you will have ample time to take as many photos as you need. The 360 photo booth will be manned by someone so they will take care of you when it comes to that part! <3

It ends at around 1am.
