Join us for to celebrate the release of our second issue, FOLKLORE, while enjoying a curated line up of artists and music!

IONTAS Magazine returns this October with FOLKLORE, our second issue. FOLKLORE is a collection of art and literature, rooted in folktales that shape our earth, the stories we can't seem to forget and the warnings we don't dare ignore.

To mark its launch, we're taking over the gothic victorian Carlisle Memorial Church, in Belfast for one night: an atmospheric setting for an evening of live music, spoken word, visual art and immersive decor, all curated in the spirit of FOLKLORE.

Expect readings from FOLKLORE's contributors, original work from local visual artists, a live music set, market vendors and decor to really set the scene. We also have tarot readings available, provided by Folklore Tarot, if you want a peek just beyond the veil!

Music to be provided by Green&Blue, Gerry Polland and Sean O'Rourke. Our spoken word line up to be released in the lead-up to the event.
