An evening of song and readings from the archives.
The Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) and Cantiunculae requests the pleasure of your company for 'An evening of song and readings from the archives' to mark the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and Ulster's influenece on American settlement and cultural development.
Cantiunculae are a Belfast based chamber choir. Established in 1989 under choral director Grainne McCann, they have performed in festivals and concert venues across Northern Ireland and abroad. Cantiunculae have collaborated on several previous projects with PRONI, most recently with the celebration of PRONI 100 years. They are delighted to be returning to mark this occasion and will present a programme spanning 250 years of American Music.
