A free live session for women who know they need better boundaries, but struggle with the guilt that comes with them. (Online Event)
About this online Masterclass:
Do you find yourself agreeing to things you don't really want to do, putting other people's needs before your own or feeling guilty whenever you try to say no?
You probably know you should have better boundaries. But knowing that and actually holding them are two very different things.
In this live, guided session, we'll look at what makes boundaries difficult in the first place – including the beliefs, guilt and fear of judgement that can keep you falling back into familiar patterns.
Rather than simply telling you to "say no more", this session will help you understand what's happening underneath your automatic responses, so you can start making more conscious choices about how you respond.
In this session, you'll:
Identify who and what you find hardest to set boundaries with
Explore what's really behind the guilt, fear or discomfort
Choose one boundary you're ready to strengthen
Create a practical next step for holding that boundary
Learn how to pause and choose your response rather than automatically reverting to old patterns
This isn't about becoming harder, more selfish or saying no to everything.
It's about being able to make choices that work for you too – without guilt running the show.
