We're opening the doors to a free, community-led MMA session where anyone can step in and train. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve trained before, all abilities are welcome.
Taking over Fight Academy Ireland in Belfast, the session will be guided by professional MMA fighter Paul Hughes, bringing real fight experience into the gym.
Join us for a coach-led MMA session, before recovering with food and drink and a panel talk with professional athletes.
Following the event, Lab54 take over the octagon for an afterparty with free drinks provided by Jubel.
