Mindful colouring is great for your brain. Engaging in art activities has been proven to benefit mental health and help with anxiety and depression, improve focus, and promote relaxation. Come down to the Hub on Friday over lunchtime and end your week on a calm note. Pick a design related to themes in our exhibition and go outside the lines if you like!
All materials are provided, as well as tea, coffee & biscuits. No booking required, just drop in!

Workshops take place in our Hub on the ground floor of the gallery, with step-free ramp access. There is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor.
