About This Event

Come join us for our another yoga session of this semester✨! We will be hosting a class focused on mindfulness, movement and meditation with the intention of allowing you unwind and relax for the hour 💛 This session will be with Harriet from 8:00pm until 9:00 pm in The Cube, located on the 1st floor of the SU Building Wednesday 22 April Beginners are welcome and we provide mats and blocks but feel free to bring your own if you prefer 🪷 Disclaimer: By attending this yoga session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily at your own risk. QUB Yoga Society, its committee, and session leaders are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage sustained during or as a result of this session. Please listen to your body 🤍 Yoga is about your breath and awareness, not how deep you get into a pose. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early — late entry is not permitted once the class has begun, as this may cause disruption to the session. Please note that photos or videos may be taken for QUB Yoga Society's social media. If you've booked a ticket, please make sure to attend, as spaces are limited and not showing up means another member may miss the chance to join.
