A reflective group workshop including guided journaling, EFT Tapping, and meditation to clear blocks and look towards the rest of the year.

If you've felt stuck, overwhelmed, or like life has pulled you away from the person you wanted to become this year, this workshop is your opportunity to reset.

Through guided meditation, reflection, and journaling, you'll reflect on where you are now, identify the beliefs, emotional blocks, and old patterns that are keeping you stuck, and create meaningful intentions for the months ahead.

We'll then use EFT Tapping to gently release those limiting beliefs, helping your mind and body feel more comfortable moving towards the life you actually want.
